BLS International Service charge

Applicants applying at the Spanish visa application Centre shall be levied a service charge of 117 CNY payable in cash. Children under 6 are exempted from service charge.

• The applicable Visa Fee in Chinese Yuan is as per the current exchange rate. It is subject to change without notice
• The fee is non-refundable

Document requirements

Guangzhou VAC

Since April 15, there will have new requirements about the kinship of minor applicants and travel insurance. Please prepare your documents according to the new Checklist. Thank you.

There are 2 major changes in the updated checklists as following:

1. Specified the required documents of minors.

- The relationship or birth notarized matters certified by foreign affairs.
- The original and copy of the birth certificate.

2. About the term of validity of travel insurance.

- Cancel "Travel insurance must cover at least 15 more days from the planned date of departure from the Schengen area.

Medical insurance for individual or collective travel, covering all expenses incurred during your stay in the Schengen territory, which could result in your medical care and repatriation associated with a sudden accident or illness, whose minimum coverage is 30,000 Euros or its equivalent in RMB. Travel insurance must cover at least 15 more days from the planned date of departure from the Schengen area.

Consulate General of Spain, Shanghái may require additional information about the applicant in the application form. Consulate will call the applicant if Required for point no. 17 and 20 of the visa application form. If applicant did not answer or attend the call of Consulate. Its hall be deemed that the applicant has ceased the visa application.

NOTICE

All Travel Agencies sending groups of tourists to Spain need to pay attention to the following 2 points, when making an appointment with BLS- Spain Visa Application Center, in Shanghai and Hangzhou:

• When the Travel Agent makes an appointment, in addition to inform BLS of the Group departure date and itinerary in Spain, also needs to provide the passport number and names of all the applicants. If there is any change in quantity on that group, they must inform BLS, in written, with 4 working days in advance.
• On the other hand, the Travel Agency that could need to cancel a previously obtained reservation time with BLS, must notify that request with 10 working days in advance.

The BLS Spain Visa Application Center can refuse to accept a Travel Agency reservation if the Agency violates any of these 2 regulations.

The Consulate General of Spain in Shanghai warns visa applicants that all documentation presented will be thoroughly and carefully reviewed. Any false or inaccurate declaration, information or document, as well as any non-existent or canceled hotel or flight reservation, will automatically render their whole application invalid and, consequently, their visas will be refused.
