Dear applicant(s): Spain visa application center in Shanghai will restart accepting Spain visa application from 7th Jun, 2022. Applicants are requested to make an appointment before visiting the center. Kindly follow COVID-19 prevention and control guidelines set by the local authorities. Visitors are required to show green health code and 72 hour negative PCR report and wear a face mask.
Dear applicant(s): Spain visa application center in Beijing will restart accepting Spain visa application from 31st May, 2022. Applicants are requested to make an appointment before visiting the center. Kindly follow COVID-19 prevention and control guidelines set by the local authorities. Visitors are required to show green health code and 48 hours negative nucleic acid test report. Applicants from outside Beijing are requested to check the latest policies to enter Beijing and the Visa center premises.
Due to current epidemic situation and in order to meet the requirements of Shanghai Epidemic Prevention and Control office, Spanish visa center in Shanghai will continue to be closed and we will resume on April 1. Applicants are requested to contact us for any assistance and before visiting the centre.

Guangzhou Spain Visa application centre has relocated to Room No.2604C, 26th Floor, North Tower, Fuliyingli, Huaqiang Road No.3, Tianhe District, Guangzhou. Shanghai Spain Visa application centre has moved to Shangcheng Road, NO.506, Block B, 28 floor, Room 2837, Xin Mei Union Square,Pudong New Area, Shanghai
Applicants are requested to obtain an appointment before visiting Spain Visa Application Centre.

2. Important information for the applicants of Shanghai, Hangzhou & Nanjing visa application center
A new regulation has been issued by the Spanish Ministry of Health, dealing with the health measures to be implemented and concerning the travellers arriving in Spain. In this regard, it is mandatory for prospective travellers to know about the following:

The deadline for submitting a visa application is extended to 6 months instead of 3 months. In case of Seafarers they may be presented with a maximum advance of 9 months.
